Today Israel bombed 100 places in Lebanon in 10 minutes. 70 dead, 200 injured. And these are only the numbers we have now.
We live in a time where so-called „World leaders“ threaten to not only wage war but genocide a whole people, where we stay awake till 2 am to see if a nuclear bomb has been dropped, where children’s bodies are recovered dead under rubble and the intentions of the ruling class are clear as day: more power, more influence, more oil. Human life is worth nothing in the face of capital. And so while US Imperialism with its henchman Israel continue to bring death and destruction, the people of the world must also unite and rally around the resistant peoplea against imperialism. As a Flotilla is preparing to sail, we renew our promise to take to the streets. International solidarity is more than words, it is a practical commitment. As youth we have a choice: we will not participate in these wars, but even more so, we will not watch as our siblings are murdered. We will fight for a different world, we will fight for socialism and the liberation of all oppressed.
