Youth against imperialist agressions, wars, NATO and G7
Everyone to Geneva against the G7 Summit on the 13-14th June
The capitalist system is rotting inside an existential crisis. The profit rates decreasing over the decades and the capital becoming an obstacle to its own growth, has pushed the bourgeoise in the search of a solution: that is a war to be fought on the back of the oppressed. This is why we have seen in the last years a rise in imperialist agression in Venezuela,Cuba, Palestine, Kurdistan and Iran. This is why we see a rise in militarization, rearmement of society and mandatory conscription making the headlines again. This is why we have seen the heads of the bourgeoisie(i.e. Elon Musk) feeding more and more fascist movements not only nationally but also internationally.The rise of fascism is no coincidince, it serves as a tool for the bourgeoisie to solve the crisis they are in.
The G7 Summit, in Evian from the 15th to the 17th of June, will be an important step for this preparation. Under the guise of “[creating] mutually beneficial partnerships”, creating “dialogue” and as a priority “the reduction in global inequalities”, the western bourgeoisie and its representants are meeting to discuss war, profit, new markets and exploitation of the world and of the oppressed.
We have obviously no doubt that their “dialogue” is the forceful conscription of the youth for the new imperialist partition war and the investments of trillions of dollars into the war machine that is today fueling wars and a genocide around the globe. It is evident that the so called “mutually beneficial partnerships” are nothing but a call to bring more countries under imperialist domination. Moreover talking about “reducing global inequalities” is nothing but a lie. The imperialists have no interest in developping countries. On the contrary they are looking for ways of subduing them. Their goal is not closing the gap between the working class and their own class. In fact this gap only grows by the day.
We see that the set goals of the bourgeoisie are made up of a mountain of lies. These lies are here to deceive us. But we say, not with us!
As socialist youth, we consider it our duty to act against these imperialist plans from within its core. Undoubtedly as socialist and internationalist youth we will bring together the struggle of the oppressed from Palestine to Kurdistan to Europe against the imperialists. And so we will act!
The oppressed have never been silent against exploitation and we will never be. The people from Palestine to Kurdistan are resisting imperialism, zionism and fascism in their most brutal forms. Our response has always been proletarian internationalism. Our solidarity is not merely words but have been in action, we are here to fight the beast from within its belly. Against the militarization of society and mandatory conscription, school and university boycotts and strikes have swept across Europe. The youth’s message is clear: We will not die in your wars!. Against fascists trying to roam our streets, we were the ones blocking Giessen against the Generation Deutschland, we were the ones in Paris driving away the neo-nazis.
As Karl Liebknecht said it 111 years ago: ‘The main enemy is at home!’ and they are coming together right at our doors. They intend to meet again in July at the NATO summit in Ankara, Turkey. The socialist youth won’t stay silent against these summits, not in Evian, not in Ankara.
Against imperialist wars and agressions, against rising fascism and perspectivelesness inside this system, the youth has a hope: proletarian internationalism and socialism. For the imperialists may try to dictate the order of the world by themselves and to their image, but the oppressed have shown and continue showing today that we will take our destiny in our own hands. We will shape it to our own image in the revolutionary struggle. We are the youth who will shape the future!
We call on every socialist, communist, revolutionary, progressive and democratic organizations and oppressed to come together in Geneva on the 13-14th of June against the imperialist G7 summit to grow our common struggle against imperialism and capitalism.
